Warranty Policy

TuxMat offers a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the specific vehicle the mats were purchased for. This warranty excludes wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or chemical contamination (such as gas or bleach), vehicle accidents, modifications, and improper installation. If a replacement mat cannot be provided due to lack of availability, store credit will be issued instead. To initiate a warranty claim, complete our Warranty Request form. For replacements for TuxMat and accessory parts, it is mandatory to have your order number and include pictures as evidence to validate your claims. Please note that any additional accessories parts requested will incur an extra charge.
