If your TuxMat product fails due to a manufacturing defect, faulty materials, or a workmanship error, we will make it right. We handle every claim with the same care we put into building our products.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from harsh or abrasive materials, or chemical contamination, including gas, bleach, or similar substances. Vehicle accidents, fire, theft, modifications, and misuse fall outside its scope, as does incorrect installation or use.

Depending on the situation, we will send replacement parts, a replacement at no cost, or apply a credit to your account equal to the replacement value.
